public class BatchMetamorphoSys

Class designed to enable running MetamorphoSys without the gui for configuration. Considerations: 1. Avoid using path names in your config file (remove them) 2. Make sure mmsys.dir points to a MMSYS whose version matches your data 3. resetToDefaults will be called on any input/output handler or filter that is given no properties in the config file. Dummy properties may be needed to prevent this.
