Suppressibility Help

This screen contains the Suppressibility Filter, which specifies source/term type combinations to be marked as suppressible.  Default selections are highlighted in blue. Users can further customize the subset by selecting and deselecting source/term type combinations.

Term types from sources that have been excluded on the Sources tab will not be visible here.

To select or deselect additional source/term type combinations:

  1. Click the row of the source/term type combination. Users are required to confirm this choice before moving forward. Selected source/term types are highlighted in blue.

Advanced Suppressibility Options are accessible through the Options Menu at the top of the screen:



Select the checkbox associated with the type of suppressible data to be removed from the subset. To exclude all suppressible data from the subset, check all three boxes.  For more information see section 6.8.3 Advanced Suppressibility Options (Remove Suppressible Data).

This completes the options for this tab. Users may proceed to the other Options tabs in any order by clicking on the tabs across the top of the screen or by clicking on the File bar and selecting .
