The best path for Democrats to defeat Trump is if we rally behind a progressive who can win back the places we lost in 2016. That’s Governor Steve Bullock.

Here’s why Steve Bullock is our best hope to defeat Trump in 2020:

1. When Trump won Montana by 20 points in 2016, Governor Bullock won by 4.
2. Governor Bullock knows how to win back the states we desperately need -- places like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa. If we don’t do that, Donald Trump will win again. Most of the elected officials in his state are Republicans. But Governor Bullock was able to get BIG progressive things done, like banning foreign money from state elections and blocking every single attack on women’s reproductive rights.

This is about turning out our base AND talking with folks who may not have heard from Democrats in a while. That’s how Governor Bullock has won elections and passed major progressive victories even with a majority Republican legislature.
