This Father’s Day, I’m reminded how our kids shape our future.
Raising three intelligent and compassionate young women has taught Susan and me so much more than we could have ever imagined. They’ve shaped every aspect of our lives, including my decision to run for President.
As a parent, you want to give your children the world. You make sure they are safe, healthy, and empowered to live a life they love. And you do your best to leave them with more than you had yourself.
That’s why I’m determined to combat climate change and leave this planet healthier than we inherited it.
That’s why I’m committed to protecting health care for all Americans.
That’s why I’m focused on building a 21st-century education system that lifts people up, instead of reinforcing the economic inequality we see today.
I’m running for president with this approach to every issue: Will it help or hurt the next generation?
For the future of my daughters and kids all across the country, I’m ready to build a better world.
