Each Memorial Day, we take time to honor those who gave what Abraham Lincoln called their last full measure of devotion to our great country.
The men and women who have lost their lives in service to our nation embody the best of America.
Thank you to all who have given everything for our country; it is a debt that can never be repaid.
Today, my thoughts are with them, and with the Gold Star families, friends, and loved ones struggling with their loss.
Your unwavering dedication to our democracy is an inspiration for generations to come.
